CONFERENCE ATTENDEE POLICIES

 

Registration Cancellation Policy:
There will be a $100 USD handling fee for cancellations prior to July 122016. There will no refundsafter July 12, 2016. Registrations are non-transferable.  Requests for refunds must be submitted to: registration@marinemammalscience.org and refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used to secure payment.

 

Attendee Substitution:
Registrations or non-transferable and no substitutions for attendees will be accepted.

 

Policies on Conference Participation:
Individuals are limited to presenting only ONE presentation.  Individuals can present in either an oral presentation, speed presentation, video presentation or poster presentation format. Attendees wishing to participate in a workshop must be registered for at least one day of the regular conference.
