Some of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre’s accessibility features include:
- Elevator and escalator access to City of Perth Carpark beneath and every entertainment, exhibition and conference facility
- Accessibility ramps
- Designated drop off points
- Wheelchair seating in Riverside Theatre
- Lowered counters at key retail and service points
- Accessible pedestrian linkages to taxis andTransPerth services
- Accessible car parking spaces
- Spacious passenger lifts for patrons
- Wheelchair-accessible baby change facilities
- Wheelchair and ambulant accessible restroom facilities for patrons
- Guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome in all areas

Families are welcome to the 25th Biennial Conference on the Biology of Marine Mammals. Whether you are attending the conference with dependent children or travelling with family and extending your stay in Western Australia beyond the conference program, we are committed to helping you plan and have a successful trip. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
SMM will offer an assortment of food & beverage options during the conference to try and accommodate individuals with dietary restrictions. Unfortunately with over 100 food allergies and countless diet trends SMM is not able to cater to each individual attendee’s requests. We appreciate your understanding!
