Individuals who book within the group block before Early Bird registration deadline in March will be entered into a drawing to win an assortment of prizes, such as a complimentary hotel room for the conference, reimbursement for your airline ticket to the conference (up to $500), complimentary registration to the conference, and many more.

I’ve already booked my hotel for SMM2022 in December. What should I do?
All reservations for December 2021 have been cancelled with no penalty. You may now rebook at your convenience. To visit the accommodation reservation portal, click HERE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RESERVATIONS
Cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit as a late cancellation penalty. Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in this same cancellation charge and cancellation of any remaining nights of your reservation. In the event you wish to checkout prior to your confirmed departure date, the hotel may charge an early departure fee. To avoid this fee, please be sure to advise the hotel of any changes in your length of stay before or during check-in.
Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
